On May 14, 2013, Most Worshipful Grand Master Brother Paul M. Leary, made a trip up to Littleton, NH for the purpose of performing a Lodge Corner Stone Ceremony. Assisting him in this endeavor were RW Brother Darrell A. Louis, DDGM, RW Brother David S. Collins, Junior Grand Deacon, RW Brother Ronald N. Crane, DDGL, W. Brother Paul C. Smith, Grand Steward, W. Brother Bruce D. McLaughlin, Grand Steward, W. Brother George Papadimatos, WM of Burns Lodge, W. Brother Robert D. Steel, P.M.,
Secretary of Burns Lodge, W. Brother John E. Bigelow, H.P.M., Brother Dale L. Sollars, Junior Warden of Burns Lodge and Dennis A. Sheridan, PDDGM.
The Lodge opened at 6:00 p.m. by declaration by the M.W. Grand Master, who then declared the Grand Lodge opened in ample form. The Corner Stone Ceremony was conducted followed by the Dedication of the Dining Room. The Grand Master declared the Dining Room as proper for the Lodge to use for Lodge Meeting purposes, and its usages up to the discretion of the Master.
Following the Ceremony, the group gathered at the local Ninety-Nine Restaurant for dining and conversation. An excellent evening was enjoyed by all present. This occasion will probably mark the last appearance of the Grand Master in the North Country while serving in Office. We certainly appreciate his dedication to the northern part of our fair state, and thank him for performing this last service for us up here in Littleton.
Most Worshipful, it has been a pleasure for us to assist you in this capacity.
