Masons Install Officers for 2016 at Horace Chase Lodge At the first annual meeting of the year, Masons at Horace Chase Lodge #72 in Penacook held elections to select their officers for 2016. Elected to lead the Lodge was Brother Michael Drotar, as Worshipful Master, also elected as the Senior Warden Brother Glenn Patterson, and the Junior Warden, Brother Rodney Sewall. The Lodge once more re-elected Worshipful Brother Peter Crouch to the position of Treasurer, and Worshipful Brother James Triacca as Secretary.
Brother Robert Anderson was elected Deputy Secretary. The Master also appointed a number of brothers to help him perform his duties. Scott Ives was appointed Chaplain, Right Worshipful Brother Robert Lethbridge as Marshal, Brothers, Wil Nemchick, and John Glover, were appointed Senior, and, Junior Deacons. Brother Scott Nichols, and Brother Joshua Craggy were appointed as Senior and Junior Stewards, and Brother Wayne Leary was appointed Tyler of the Lodge.
Brother William Parker was also re-appointed as Musician, and Right Worshipful Brother Sumner Goldman was re-appointed as the Historian of the Lodge.
Michael Drotar, Worshipful Master of the Lodge, said of the election, “I greatly appreciate, the honor, and trust that my Brothers have placed in me! The officers were installed, in their offices, this past Saturday, January 30th, at a 2:00 PM ceremony, with friends and family, proudly standing by! A wonderful lunch was prepared to celebrate the event by the Eastern Star. Said Right Worshipful Brother David Hardy, District Deputy Grand Master, for the Grand Lodge of New Hampshire, “Horace Chase Lodge, has a proud history of electing the right officers, at the right time, and this group is no exception. I have great faith, that they will uphold the fine traditions of Horace Chase Lodge!”
