To provide guidelines on what will be discussed at each Town Hall Meeting, the following will occur.
•All meetings will start at 7:00 pm, and conclude at approximately 9:00 pm. No lodge will provide a dinner or any type of meal. Drinks may be provided such as coffee, tea, soda or water. Snacks may be provided such as potato chips, donuts, cookies, etc.
•The Grand Master has three topics that he or the Line Officers will discuss that reflect on situations occurring in our society or upcoming training. They are as follows:
oLodge security during any type of event. What would you do if faced with an aggressive situation.
oFacebook, Twitter, and other Social Media accounts used by lodges.
oTraining for Lodge Treasurer’s will be conducted in each district. The date, time and location will be coordinated with the DDGM’s.
•At the conclusion of the Grand Master’s topics, the Grand Master and the Grand Line will answer any questions that lodges may have.
•At a minimum, the WM and Wardens should attend. It would be desirable if the Treasurer and Secretary attended, and all other lodge officers are welcomed and can participate. It’s open to EA’s, FC’s and MM’s. A sign-in sheet will be passed around and notes will be taken to record questions and concerns.
