Ancient York Lodge No. 89 of Nashua, NH held a successful evening of Masonic education for its sixth year in a row. Nearly fifty Brethren from New Hampshire and several other jurisdictions came to learn more about and discuss Freemasonry.
Worshipful Brother Jeffry Ross began the evening’s presentations speaking on Scouting and its links to Freemasonry. Worshipful Brother Ben Wallace then continued by presenting a short version of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina’s program for candidates about the connections of allegory and symbolism. The evening was capped off with Worshipful Brother Oscar Alleyne discussing how esoteric ideas can be simply explained by using modern topics.
At the conclusion of the presentations the Master, Worshipful Brother Ryan Flynn of Ancient York Lodge presented plaques recognizing the Honorary Memberships of Brother’s Ben Wallace and Oscar Alleyne to Ancient York Lodge No. 89.
The Brethren then adjourned to the dining hall for a multi-course banquet and continued their fellowship well into the late hours of the evening.
