Brethren:
You are hereby notified that the Two Hundred and Twenty-Sixth Annual Communication of the M.W.Grand Lodge of New Hampshire, F. & A.M., will be held in the Masonic Temple, 1505 Elm Street, City of Manchester, Saturday, May 16, 2015, opening at nine-thirty o’clock in the forenoon.
Lodges without representation will be subject to the Constitutional penalty. Each Lodge must be represented at both the opening and closing of Grand Lodge. Masters and Wardens, clothed in regalia of office, are expected to attend. Masters, Wardens, and elected Representatives must be provided with credentials. Proxies for Masters, Wardens, and elected Representatives MUST have credentials to be registered.
All DELEGATES from the LODGES, all MEMBERS OF GRAND LODGE and all GRAND REPRESENTATIVES are required to REGISTER at the Credential Table, and pick up their ballot cards. LUNCHEON TICKETS, a donation of $10.00 to New Hampshire Rainbow, should be purchased in the Library upon arrival; and this must be done BEFORE the 9:30 A.M. opening of Grand Lodge.
All credentials must be presented no later than 10:30 A.M., at which time the Credentials Committee will close the registration of Lodges.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – Admission to the Annual Communication will be by presenting a current dues card.

At 5:00 P.M. there will be the Installation Ceremony of the Grand Lodge Officers in Due and Ancient Form. Dress for the Grand Lodge Officers will be Tuxedo. All interested Master Masons and their ladies are invited to witness this ceremony.
Following the Installation, a Banquet will be served at the Masonic Temple, Manchester, New Hampshire at 6:45 P.M. and will be open to all Master Masons and their ladies and guests. Tickets for this dinner will be $22.00 per person, and reservations are required and will be accepted no later than Thursday, May 7, and will be limited to 250 persons. For those who have not already done so, reservations may be made with the Grand Secretary using the form attached below.
