Parking is available in the Strawbery Banke Parking lot located at 14 Hancock St. Portsmouth, NH. Parking is also available at the lot across from the Portsmouth Masonic Temple 351 Middle St, Portsmouth, NH (a little over a 1/2 mile walk away). On-street parking is almost always hard to find.
There are no dining or kitchen facilities (other than a tiny galley kitchen) at the Museum so a meal before or after your function cannot be accommodated. There are MANY excellent restaurants within immediate walking distance of the tavern.
The Museum and Lodge room are located on the second and third floors, due to the building’s historic nature these spaces are not handicapped accessible and can only be reached by climbing the stairs.
